the refill process

first, let’s measure the initial weight of your empty container

when you’re ready, we take the final weight so you only pay for the amount you need

next, fill your container to your own delight with whichever product is tickling your fancy

anything clean and hella dry!
as long as that's checked off, this can be a time to let your creativity shine!
clean all residue from containers/lids/pumps with hot soapy water. for glass, boil in water for 5 minutes. for plastic, rinse with 120 proof (60% alcohol) vodka. For pumps, run hot soapy water through and then pump with the same alcohol.
make sure everything is DRY AS THE DESERT before using it for a refill.
yes! we have prefilled containers in store if you find yourself in need of a reset
we always recommend getting a sample of your refills so you know you LOVE it before committing to a larger amount.
at this time we don't accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your purchase don't hesitate to reach out!
please understand that as a new small business, it's unsustainable for us to try and eat that type of cost right now <3
